Fort Myers is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Myers follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had to have my HVAC replaced and called several companies to compare units and prices. Sunset Air stood out as the best choice. Everyone I came in contact with, went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with what I was getting and was able to come out the next day to have it installed. I'm in a gated community and a lot of my neighbors have Sunset Air and everyone I've talked to say they are very happy with their service. Thanks Sunset Air for all your help and advice and looking forward to having you come out and inspect my unit twice a year.

Jamal was incredible. Thorough efficient and did more than had ever been done. Spent 2 hours here. Took what he could take apart and took outside and scrubbed and drained and flushed and you name it. Took to the outside unit and treated it like I have never seen before. Returned to inside unit and measured and gauged and put everything back together installed cleaning tablets and just was the best. He is my go to from now on. Very very pleased with sunset air. The maintenance fee for two visits was $209. This was my 2nd visit included. Very very happy.

I just had one of my HVAC units replaced by Sunset Air. This is the second time I have had them perform a system service/equipment install and each time I have been super pleased. Their customer communications and employee installation is superb and the pricing was very fair. I want to personally thank Mark, Sand, and Alex for a job very well done. Additionally, the support staff is highly responsive and attentive. Thank you all... Lew Sugerman Naples (Lely Resort)

I have been a customer for a few years now. They have great products to keep you comfortable year round in the Florida weather here. Also the maintenance plans they offer are very affordable and offer quite a bit for each plan tier. With that being said we had one of their techs come out today to do preventative maintenance on our unit. His name was Jeff Francios and he was exceptional. He called and gave me an ETA and was on time. When he got to our home he was professional and courteous. He was very engaging with me and my wife. I showed Jeff the air handler inside the house and he quickly got to work. Jeff explained what he would be doing and was very thorough with the job he performed. Definitely one of the many reasons I highly recommend Sunset Air. Awesome employees and great products.

I just had my six month check up for my AC and heating system and I’m happy to report. It was the most enjoyable experience. The gentleman arrived 15 minutes after he had called me letting me know he was on his way. He was pleasant, efficient and left my home clean and tidy. Sunset Air does not push products or anything on you, they do a great job and are very efficient and honest with you. I would recommend them to anyone, and in fact, I haven’t recommended them to many Two thumbs up guys👍👍
